![]() 356 forum posts 8 photos | Many thanks for these comments, as always they are helpful. @David - will investigate these. 20 holes 7mm @ 2 inch deep for vacuum equpiment. @Tim - yes, I have found it already. I do all what I can to ensure that reamer works as cutting rather than rubbing or cold forming device - but you know mistakes/errors do happen and drill 6.7 mm can on odd occassion cut a bit larger hole, particularly if hand sharpened. @old mart - now I have lever operaed tailstock - it is God sent device for reaming. Handwheel ended up in box and wasn't seen from then onwards. |

![]() 2156 forum posts | I avoid 304 stainless. 306 is bad enough for me. But for hobby use I get to choose which you cant do if an industry specification. |
