A Mr "Terry White 4" added a posting (his first) asking for help locating drawings for a 7 1/4 BR Brake Van on the "Tangential Tool" thread, so I have taken the liberty of starting a new thread here in the hope that his request might reach a wider audience..

Not a daft question but why. I used to manufacture toads in 7 1/4 " gauge, not as look pretty but as workhorses. There are a lot out there. I'll health forced me to cease production but I still have lots of bits to make a chassis, also wooden body parts ad a water tank.

the prototype toad supported a gentleman who exceeded 22 stone and is still running ( away from him!!? ) today.

Greetings, I think Doug Hewson did detailed drawings for a 5 inch gauge brake van, which were published a while ago.

Hi , Keith Wilson Did a series in the Model Engineer on building the gwr Toad brake van in 7 1/4 g... i think i have it somewhere.
