4655 forum posts 304 photos | A clever design, could have trouble as HSS requires sharpening, perhaps a DCGT 07 for aluminium could be incorporated into the toolholder. Then tool height would not be a factor. |

7227 forum posts 21 photos | When I made my reversible roller box, the intent was to use a ME 40 thread for adjustment. But I was given a mechanical digital micrometer head, so used that, instead, despite the increase in size. Had to be more accurate than anything I could make! Howard |
