Serious tool - Plasma cutter - hard to control for shapes!

'Ole guy, - 'All you have to do is get magnetic strip with adhesive back - and there's your template creator - hmm, fed up with the wavy line treatment, and having to go over the line twice, creating debris - so I'll try it!

Wow! no more than a few quid on Amazon, a roll of several metres, I fashioned, in 6mm stainless, a shoe for the rudder on the boat - a banana outline at best, for which I had drawn a template - this stuff, at abot 3mm thick, bent it's way into the shape I wanted and made a perfect guide for the cutting nozzle - 60psi and 50 amps - I have a new way to deal with cutting!!!

hard to control for shapes!

If you are serious about lots of intricate shapes you may need to consider a proper computer controlled system?

Doubleboost demonstrates/manages all sorts of shapes with his, on youtube.
