![]() 402 forum posts 37 photos | Thank you lfoggy. Recessed the back to take the dial, then mounted it horizontally on the dividing head and cut 120deg 'V' s with a boring head. If you like, I can post exact details. David |

![]() 231 forum posts 5 photos | David, if you could post details that would be great. Will try and find the video you are referring to as well. It looks like you made it out of stainless, is that right? Also can't tell from the picture how big it is. |

Hello Ifoggy, It's 100mm i.d. and 130mm o.d. made from CZ120 engraving brass. I emailed Chris at Clickspring and he very generously sent me this reply:- "Hi David, No problem at all - The cutter is fairly straight forward, just a 120 degree apex swept through an arc of radius 9mm. I indexed approximately 170 to 180, but I don't recall exactly what I used. You will find the DOC by experimentation, as the valleys begin to interset at a nice peak. Best wishes with it! Cheers, Chris. " There were a few problems to overcome such as releasing the bezel from the wax chuck without using heat which would have discoloured the brass. I found that acetone dissolved the superglue quite well. Any questions, please ask. David
