I upgraded my digital subscription to print plus digital on the 20th March. I've not yet received a print copy despite all my efforts to get it sorted out. Perhaps I should have just got 3 for a £1?

I tried calling them on the above number. It went to the right firm, but they had no knowledge of this offer  or of the code '341FP'.

Also - does the £1 offer get both magazines, or is it 2 separate £1 offers, one for each magazine ?
