Camshaft material cutting

51 forum posts 7 photos | I am getting some bar stock of EN24T to practise with to make a camshaft from it. On a dbv8s (12mm) could someone point me to a good tool choice for this please.
I have seen teh speed and feed recommendations from a previous post so should be ok there many thanks Bernie |

![]() 2110 forum posts 565 photos | Hi Bernie. I have in the past made camshafts for Triumph and Norton. What are you making them for. I have some EN40B that I used about 1 inch diamiter the camshaft were turned ground and tufrided. I have sent a message see top of page envelope if you are logged in. David |
