1 forum posts | Can anybody suggest where I can get a diecast or white metal model made in 4mm (00) scale please. I'm trying to get a 1953 HCB Commer K1 fire engine made but having a real difficult time searching. Paul C.

![]() 7468 forum posts 230 photos | I assembled a Fine Scale model of a ALCHIN royal CHESTER traction engine, the kit had been bought about twenty years pryor to me getting hold of it somewhere about the mid 1990s. It's around 4" long, and rather pricy, 3 or 4 hundred pounds. Made for a wealthy farmer who had owned a full size one until about 40 years ago. His son now owns the farm, and I think there is still some coal in one of the sheds. Ian S C |

Otherwise, the best route would be to get one drawn up and 3D printed and use it as a pattern for a silicone mould OR even get a bureau to print you one in sintered metal. Neil
