Hi,

I'd like to make a small internal combustion engine but my problem is how to machine the crankshaft ?

I have a small lathe from Warco and a small milling machine from the same supplier.

I already made steam engines and a small steam loco in 45 mm.

Thank you for your advices.

Pierre

To Thor,Hopper, Jason and Ron,

I thank you all the fellows who respond to my querry ( I'm a bit lazy to answer to each of you, the temperature is nearly 39 ° C outside ………&hellip.

Now lets strart to make a crankshaft from the solid. I tthink it is a similar procedure ( work instruction) for a twin cylinder ?

I 'll post the results of the "disaster" I can produce ! (just a joke).

Cheers…

Pierre
