My current subscription said this when I took it out:

Subscription Start: 24.03.2017
Subscription End: 24.02.2018

Now, I'm sure (haven't checked) that the 11 months gives me access to a years-worth of new issues. Nonetheless, I still only get 11 months access to the past issues for my one year subscription.

Then today (19 Feb) I'm told I have only 3 days left on my subscription so it will presumably end on 22 Feb not 24 Feb as stated.

Yes, I know this is nickle and dime stuff - but it works both ways.

Interested to know how you are managing that as you don't have a subscription number entered in your details?

I use one login for the subscription and another for the forums.

In that case I can't check you subs details without a subs number.

Hello Bandersnatch,

No it doens't work like that.

You get an additional month of access to the digital archive after the end of a digital subscription.

Neil

Ah ... so that's the "missing" month. Thanks, Neil

Re: Updating Subscription 4********3

I had, prior to 2017 a Digital Subscription. Jan 1, 2017, Microsoft and Adobe connived to close access to the "Print to PDF" facility. I could "print to pdf'" no longer. I asked for a change to a "Print" only subscription and by paying for the extra issues (about 8) managed eventually to complete my original subscription (but no downloads). I had renewed my Print Subscription well prior to 2017 commencing, but the same issue arose and only by 'phoning (very long distance) could I retrieve the missing issues again. That is, the problem had NOT been corrected. I have so far managed to request almost all the newly missing issues. How can I avoid this problem continually happening ? Upon query, I was informed in two different emails that (a) Issue 4607 on 1/3/2019 - 1 Mar. or 3 Jan. ??? and (b) Issue 4633 on 2/02/2020 - 2 Feb. for sure !!! would be the final Issues. Please will you attempt a correction of what appears to be a gross error somewhere.
