![]() 1494 forum posts 403 photos | I have had an icon on my desktop for months linking to Fusion 360 student version and it brings up the prog OK until today. Click it and nothing happens. All other icons behave OK. Any one else having the same problem? Rik |

After a minute watching the rotating blue arrow, I get the following message: >The application has encountered an unexpected authentication error and must be quit < As I don't really use it, I didn't bother to reinstall it atm. 10668 forum posts 2415 photos | Mines just loaded OK but I noticed it did an update. In the What's New page Autodesk say it fixes a bug causing crashes on start up. Could be a coincidence, but... A while back I had a password problem that required a re-install of Fusion. As it was straightforward and no data was lost, it may be worth trying. The instructions were on their website.
