Sadly google gets confused by the fractions as most sites stock 3/8" AND 1/4" OD tube, but with thin walls. I found one source in the US! There must be a UK source as I have a small piece in my workshop. Ideally as a cheap (it doesn't need to be super long lasting) alternative to oilite bushes. Neil |

![]() 6956 forum posts 229 photos | There are tubes designed to fit into one another - probably what you were finding. If you soldered one inside another using whitemetal if it wore through the bearing properties would improve. |
