no power to start Button

4 forum posts | Hello all, I am new to model engineering forums.. I just purchased a used Warco Super major Mill. Its in good order and was built in 2006. Unfortunately during the transit to my house..it was separated into two halves, and the wiring was cut in two..allwires where marked and rejoined. I am sure they are as they where. But when I switched the mill on for the first time its not running. It makes the usual noise as it is powered up.But no power to the control box. I opened the wiring panel at the back of the mil and all looks ok apart from one RED wire which is hanging loose in the box. This red wire is in a bunch of red wires going into the swing arm to the control box. But i cannot see where it might have come from. It has a small amount of bare wire showing on the end but no marking or tab.. when i push in the button on all the power distributors they operate all the mill functions.I.E power to quill and table etc.. But nothing through the control box...Do any of you clever boys have any info on this Mill's wiring diagrams...I have asked Warco for this info.they sent me some wiring that just doesn't look like the same as I have..Is there any service guys for this stuff ? Sorry for long post..Raymond. mob.07850793190
