4 forum posts | Hi i am Ian .I am aclock restorer with an md65 hobbymat lathe as well as a watchmakers lathe .My problem is that one relay has burn out on the MD 65 does anyone know where to get a replacement .They are blue and about 1.250 square and about .625 thick. I believe they are double poll double throw . My knowledge of electronics is very limited so any help and advice would be appreciated . |

940 forum posts 30 photos | Hi Ian There is a description of 40 series relays that have a similar numbering system here. It may be a point to start to see if you can identify the correct unit. A good source of components that I use is CPC which come under the Farnell group. Hope this helps. As to why they melted it is probably old age as I bought it in1990 never had a problem till now. One or two of my bits and pieces are in much the same state. ian |
