12 LED Lamp

![]() 59 forum posts | I thought you might like to see this for your machine lighting. So good that I bought two more.... The lamp has 12 LEDs, and is intended to run from a low voltage USB port, (and comes with a USB type cable) but I plugged it into a phone charger in the wall socket. It comes with a 1.5 metre cable and a very strong clip which I have fitted to the back panel of the lathe. The bendy flexible arm stays where you put it. The light is plenty bright! ![]() 2156 forum posts | That looks a nice bit of kit, you can never have enough light. I recently fitted a T4 (think under kitchen cupboard) strip light in the lip on the lathe splash back, one of your style will enhance the machine light which is always in the wrong place. |

3631 forum posts 160 photos | I might get two of those for my miller as it's more difficult to light than the lathe. I like this on the lathe, From Ikea. It comes with 2 bases. One that clips on and another for wall mounting. It gives a good spread of light.

3453 forum posts 23 photos | I've got an LED light on my wood turning lathe and although it works well enough I don't like the quality of light it gives compared to the halogen lamp on my mill. |
