You really expect me to furnish that with something sensible?

Ejectors have not been very well covered. There is a design in Derek Brown's book on injectors. Martin Evans also gave a design in his book, but it didn't work for me. I'll try the Brown one soon and I bet it will work perfectly.

Brian Hughes' drawing for ejectors are on the Reeves vacuum braked bogie drawings.

They differ from the DAG Brown drawings in his injector book. I havent tried Derek Brown's ejector, but I have tried a few versions of the Brian Hughes design.

The 7.25"g association might be your best bet.

With vacuum ejectors, the larger you make them the less critical the dimensions become. They are quite forgiving in 7.25"g.

I have all the taper reamers to make them.

The steam and air exit pipe off the ejector can have quite an effect on performance. This can easily be seen on test. It needs to be of generous diameter verses length IMHO.

Cheers,

Julian
