Also similar to a clock in the Liverpool museum I think that Philip Woodward describes in My Own Right time that is driven by a continuously rotating disc powered by a falling weight regulated by a conical pendulum governer. |

John, The device in Liverpool Museum is amazing, and very beautiful. Sadly; due to funding cuts, it is no longer running, and is very poorly lit It was built by Bond, in the USA and was 'improved' whilst at the Liverpool Observatory. ...
