Myford ML7 top slide dimensions

Ive been trying without much luck to find a topslide for my Atlas 10FV

At the moment it is fitted with a third party T slotted cross slide with a tool post block bolted to it, which is ok in its self , but obviously the option of a compound slide would be better.

So in the absence of the original part I thought it may be possible to fit a Myford ML7 cross slide in combination with some of what Ive got.

I am sure there may be some height difference, so could anyone give me the dimension from the bottom of the protractor to the top of the top slide (base of the tool post) it would be extremely helpful!

Picture below of what's on there now

osrix, I know this is an older post, but I have a buddy that wants to do the same to his 12" Atlas. He has added a T-Slot topslide from MLA in the US, but wants to get more travel out of it. He wants to build a Myford type nut and screw and adapt it to his Atlas. Have you made any progress in this project?

The T-Slot cross slide he has is IIRC, 12", and is from **LINK**

Anyone have drawings or pictures of a Myford 7 or Super 7 topslide and nut disassembled?
