126 forum posts 32 photos | just out of curiosity could a feed pipe to a cylinder be to big? Ie; a cylinder of 38mm bore and a 50mm stroke.......... feed with a 1/4" pipe would this be suitable? Obviously I understand it would prob depend on usage requirement but on a genral idea how would it suit. Thanks for your input Mike |

![]() 7468 forum posts 230 photos | Should be OK, the bore of the pipes feeding in and out on the Stuart Turner S9 that I rebuilt was about 1/4", that's an engine with 1.5" bore x 1.5" stroke/double acting. Ian S C |
