275 forum posts | Morning, I need to slightly increase the size of a 5mm allen key hole on some parts. I think I've seen a hexagonal file somewhere which was meant to do this job, but can't find it now / remember what it was called?! It's a through hole. Thanks. 1001 forum posts 49 photos | I have had a look and cant find any hex files. Last place of work I never came across any and we had many weird and wonderful specimens. Just put a flat pillar file down the hole and file each flat in rotation.

These may be what you are looking for, but I bet you won't like the price - perhaps ask for a sample if your German is up to it.
