MEW200

I enjoyed it - as mentioned elsewhere the HH table in a single article gave me a feeling of good value, and I'm sure I'll enjoy reading about the ball turner. Collets article was interesting too.

Well its now 4 days since I posted re none arrival of MEW 200 & guess what it has still not arrived.

However, I`ve just received a direct email from our Editor telling me that it is now on sale from today !!

So I`ll just go down to WHS & get one in the morning. Waste of time buying a subscription isn`t it.

I know John, but I`m one of those strange people that like to read the magazine, put it down & refer again to it at my leisure. I also think that the digital display is crap with a capital C!!

The person who normally does it was on holiday and it got delegated to someone else.

Unfortunately the someone else did not realise the urgency.

The emails are sent out automatically and not by me.

Afraid my first post here is a moan!

I bought No.200 today, fully expecting to see a continuation of the Stepperhead lathe and X2 mill improvements articles...to no avail. Surely, these articles should be published in consecutive editions.

Being a milestone issue, MEW 200 was sold as a stand alone issue.

I did mention this on this website and I think in editorial.

No to be continued and no continued from.

Regular series will continue in issue 201.
