It may be a surprise to some, but I've found the parts people at MachineMart to be very helpful. My CL300M was a return and had a few parts missing (a couple of change wheels and another bit). I rang up and they were with me FOC in a few days. Equally when I have wanted other parts they faxed me the exploded view page from the manual because I was at work and the manual was at home.

Hi All,

This not the Warco that I know. If it is something has gone seriously wrong. I have been dealing with Warco for quite a long time and have always had excellent service to the extent that I know a lot of the staff by name and count Roger (Warren) as a friend. I know he will be appalled to hear this has happened.

If this can't be sorted quickly just ring Warco extension 209, ask for Eric and explain what it is you want and I am sure he will know exactly what you want. (Eric is one of the factory engineers).

Chris.

NO ..
But brought my parts from excel machines as the quantum lathes are the same also the chester ALSO PROB every other machine with china printed on it  .
So got my bits SO  STUFF THEM ,
Warco up for sale (may be sold) , and getting another brand new one for Xmas , I have told Santa make sure it doesnt have Warco printed on it  .
If you do get a warco and manage to loose the manual be prepared to pay a £20+vat+postage surchage on your parts as you are required to pay for the privilage of knowing the part numbers for a machine they say they provide parts for .
So far I am impressed with Excel Machines as they have bent over backwards to help me and guess what they didnt charge me a penny .

That must be why they are still in business, sometimes it's worth loosing 'customers'.
