Agreed - much easier than hand coding. He'd be better off getting a simple CAM program and spending some time learning to use it. Martin.

2319 forum posts 13 photos	If I recall correctly the Proto Trak mill I worked on would be able to draw this shape and generate the code no problem IF the operator knew what the were doing! No need for a CAM program for this example. Tony

25215 forum posts 3105 photos 1 articles	It's a closed group so I'll resist joining to avoid spending too much time there. I just had a look and F360 will produce code for Proto TRAK conversational which sounds like what he has so could go either way.
