> Loctite 7063 degreaser,

One of the things I have discovered about 3D printing is that if you get poor adhesion to build tape, a wipe with methylated spirits massively increases the grip - in one case to the point where the tape and PLA were inseparable and I had to scrape the tape off with a craft knife!

Hi, I’m trying to fix a Britains JCB excavator arm and trying to identify the type of rivets with the circular disc in one end. If anyone could give me the type of fixing that would be great!!

If you can post a picture or a link to a picture you may get a better response from the gang

I'm having a wild guess that it's something like one of these

Try looking up something like Tubular or Semi-Tubular, but the problem is that you may need a special tool to close them.

It's possible to get very long eyelets for thick leather work; I've no sense of scale on the item required, but I wonder if a semi-tubular could be closed with a rivet snap for a shoe eyelet.

Good luck and welcome to a friendly forum

Do you have access to a lathe?
