Ps how do I do links lol . Copy the URL [you evidently know how], then select this icon paste the URL into the box, and follow your nose. And when the URL appears in the message box you can delete the 'http://' part to ensure it displays the destination instead of saying '**link**', or type something meaningful while the link is still highlighted. Examples of the three approaches:

Love it!
The material is not CI but BDMS - I know I should have used the right material but .... (can't think of an excuse) As the bed is machined from a block a lot of the detail will be fabricated. Not sure how some of this will be done yet. To mix up a couple of proverbs: It's a case of "burn that while we cross it"
All the best, Ian |

![]() 7881 forum posts 397 photos | Going well indeed. What is the overall length of the bed, and the width? I have often daydreamed of doing a similar model of my M-Type but thought I might cheat and use aluminium for the parts that are painted over, maybe screwing two strips of steel on the top of the bed to form the ways. Now I have been shamed into looking at a block of 2" square BMS bar I have sitting around.... |
