Thanks for the link , I will get a few to replace the bad ones.

Is there anythng in particular to be careful of when stripping the engine for cleaning? Timing etc?

Should I make marks for correct re-assembly?

Just make a note of where the eccentric is in relation to the crankshaft throw.

And take note of the position of the cylinder head in case the holes are not evenly spaced.

Sorry missed that it had been noted as a S50.
