Has a young boy many moons i worked for company called RCA cutting tools in bury and the company made that type reamer on special order i could not see the saw cuts as special they made from drawings so you would not know what their purpose regards norm

I martin the best approach for beginners is the highest speed and the lowest feed and some times it might easier to hand feed and in time you will learn more about it take time to learn speed& feed & depth of cut and I havnt looked at chart fore years good luck regards norm

Plus every time there been conversion it has cost us dearly the first time 240D pennies in a pound and now there only 100 pence now .plus 6 pennies hot cross bun now cost about 17 pence and even losing letter in our words see wee are losing out norm

the problem with three way fridges they need to be vertical to work efficiency. and years ago talking to old man on the market he used to mend fridges and told me how solve a particular problem some times fridges stop working when and it stands for a while if not used . he told me to turn the fridge upside down and tap the pipes it has chemicals &gases in side which separate and tapping help remix them and it does work.in the past saved me money and is it possible work 240 volt on gas re norm

I don't think they were dumped no exported to foreign places probably still working away making parts were the cost of living is little or nothing so labour is cheap and built well and the word obsolescence built in wasent even thought of norm

the one I repaired was`not screwed I just taped on side vice and came out and made a new one out of silver steel and did not harden has it is made week point norm

I would elongate the hole in rack or even make the slot bigger where the cap head washers goes so it well take bigger washers and will give more support and will make easier to adjust also I would not break out when you elongate the hole as would make the rack to weak and defeat the purpose of the alteration norm
