Just get Gimp and LibreOffice for free and have done with Adobe and MS.

I had something very similar with a BIN I put up for a buyer at a prearranged time. He spent too long over dinner and was late getting to his computer only to find it had gone to someone else. Of course it was my fault.

I've only had one of Ian's blades come apart at the weld. He replaced it free and didn't charge me return postage.

Definitely a bandsaw job if I was doing it.

Hands free phone is equally distracting!

The same happened to me. Women with a child in pushchair and yaking on her phone. Without looking she walked straight off the pavement in front of me. I had to brake hard to stop in time. All I got was an angry glare whilst she carried on talking!

I've found eBay usually take the buyer's side in disputes. However it's worth a try using the "live chat" or better still phone them. I won on one occasion but it was hard work.

I bought some white ones from eBay when I was still working. Now 6 years and countless washings later they are still okay and will outlast me I think.
