![]() 713 forum posts 6 photos | I note from the home page the sad news of Peter Spenlove-Spenlove's death. I have a very happy memory of him from the days long before websites had been invented. A letter from me had been printed in Model Engineer and, perhaps because I had not expressed myself well, Peter had become convinced that I was about to do something dangerous which would lead to a burst grinding wheel. He didn't know me, but he scoured phone directories until he found me, then called me to voice his fears. What a kindly act from a stranger! |

There is an interesting array of lathes, milling machines, etc. etc.. Details are on Churchgate’s website. |
