![]() 131 forum posts 12 photos | Hi all I have a completed boiler for a Hunslet 3.5 guage and to finish the cladding off it requires a radiused brass edge forming/bending for the front off the smokebox,not a sheetmetal person by any means so any tips etc gladly taken. Is i8t possible to buy something?

From what I could see of Hunslets on the net which just looks like the front plate of the smokebox is flanged just like you would a boiler. Make a wooden or hard plastic former and get your copper/hide mallet out anneal several times and make sure you use a softer grade of brass
