Letter to the Editor, Mr Clark

Looking through the MEW digital archives MEW#156 (Autumn 2009) offered "The Best of Model Engineer, Volume 1". I checked the My Hobby Store website and it is not on offer (at least, I did not locate it). Volume 2 is still available on that website.

May I suggest that if it (Vol 1) is out of print that consideration be given to offering it as a digital download - like ME & MEW. This would be a separate subscription and not included in the usual ME/MEW stream. In fact, as an overseas subscriber, I would request that all "specials" be considered for digital treatment - saving postage, handling and all that stuff.

What about giving them as a freebie for the Digital only subscribers ... as we don't get free gifts at the moment.

G'day David,

In looking at the very early dig. issues, they mention "pull out, full size plans" for particular projects within. But they're not in the dig. copy to look at. Are you able to include them?
