Subscription Renewal

25215 forum posts 3105 photos 1 articles	I just went to look at the digital issues and it said my subscription ( paper) ends in 20 days and gave a link for me to renew. When I get there and enter details for renewal it says "paid Direct Debit no need to Renew" Why is it asking me to renew if I don't need to? J Edited By JasonB on 27/09/2012 14:09:47

3357 forum posts 112 photos 10 articles	Hi Jason Your subscription runs out 18/10/2012. I ecpect it won't update until we take the direct debit. You can't renew because you are on direct debit. regards David

3988 forum posts 1799 photos	Hi Jason, I've got the same thing, but mine is 27 days but only for MEW. I had the same thing last year and also for ME when that was due, but as David says it will update automatically. Regards Nick.
