Not sure what length you are after, but have you tried high end bicycle spokes?Prob more expensive per foot, but you might get one second hand from a maint shop if ask, and lets you use a short length. (actually, most in my spares box seem to be 1/16 sourced from US - even though they use metric threads)

147 forum posts 1 photos | Nigel. At a rate of 6M at a time "A sample request" doesn't go down too well. I did approach one company (in the midlands) for a sample, they sent me 4". It would be appreciated if you could forward a few. Details in my profile. Titanium used in bicycle spokes unfortunately contains additives like copper. This doesn't go down well in an anodising tank. Thank you for all your suggestions, I'm sure someone will come up with a contact. cheers ray |
