Myford Dividing Attachment

Should the four dividing plates,being part of the attachment, all be the same size?
 
I recently acquired such an attachment in a large box of bits that came with my new (secondhand) lathe.  Two of the plates are 6 inches in diameter and the other two, numbers 3 & 4, are 6.5 inches diameter.
 
I ask because the brass sector arms are only 3 inch radius and barely cover the outer circles on the larger plates.  I wondered if this is normal or if I have two plates from a different model (did Myford change the design over the years?) or if I have two "Chinese" copies.
 
The plates all have the correct number of holes and are stamped "Myford" but after Mike Farmers' letter in MEW No. 165 one begins to have doubts.

Yes genuine Myford "Original" plates are all the same size, namely 6". I have the full set. The brass sector arms cover the outer circles and almost reach the outer edges. The plates are stamped "Myford" within an oval ring with the plate number stamped below.

No. My genuine Myford plates measure as follows:
1 = 5.996"
2 = 5.998"
3 = 6.370"
4 = 6.370"
 
And yes, the fingures only just cover the outer holes, but they do cover sufficiently to avoid error (with care). My set is painted grey which makes it an early version if that helps at all.
In any case, The likelyhood of needing those outer rings at 89 and 97 holes is somewhat remote only producing 89 or 178 and 97 or 194 divisions so carry on regardless, and you have a very worthwhile tool with your lathe.

Oops, Dennis is correct, mine are all lying on a high shelf part wrapped in their original waxy paper, I measured the top one and as the edges were level "assumed" wrongly, that they were all the same size, we live and learn.

Thanks to KWIL and Dennis for their replies.
 
Having been given the accurate diameters I checked my disks and the are all within two thou. of 6 and 6.5 inches respectively.
 
I'm interested in the colours as date markers.  My dividing attachment is what I would call battleship grey, which is what I remember as the colour of Myford equipment in the past .  I know new equipment is green but I don't know when the changeover occurred and earlier this year I bought a Myford changewheel for another purpose that was pale blue-grey - this may be old stock on non-genuine.
 
I don't know If I will ever use the attachment other than to divide by low numbers.  I did think of trying to cut a 127 tooth changewheel until I realised that the attachment will not divide by that number.  But since my lathe accepts Myford change wheels there seems little point.
