4 forum posts | I wish to renew my subscription to MEW. How can I do this on line? As an Australian subscriber I click on 'Rest of World' I follow the prompts until asked "Are Your Details Correct?". The only option is "Change Details". Go there and the only option is ""Submit Changes", which takes you back to "Are Your Details Correct". I can't break out of this loop. Where am I going wrong? I've been trying for days, and I'm probably going to miss the next issue now. I am in Australia. I have attempted to get advice from someone on your web site, who initially suggested I should go to Expressmags in North America for assistance, and then suggested I should approach a company called CDS Global. I am trying to renew my subscription. I am trying to pay you money. Please tell me how to do this. Geoff , |

87 forum posts 13 photos | I'm with you all the way on this one Geoff. I have just spent a totally fruitless hour trying to find a way of registering my change of address.
Surely in the 'Subscribe' section there should be some way to access ones subscription account and amend its details. I've done it in the MY DETAILS section on this site but have no idea if this is linked to the subscription section.
I fear the loss of Magazines and my free Foundation Course book.

87 forum posts 13 photos | Another 40 minutes and I have discovered www.subscriptions.co.uk which seems to have sorted out my problem Geoff. I don't know if it will work from your side of the big blue planet but it may be worth a try.
I think a link to this site from the SUBSCRIBE section on this site would be very useful should our new web master be listening.
Regards, Chris. |

You will have to contact subscriptions with a change of address.
I have had two problems pointed out to me about renewing subscriptions this morning.
Both appear to be related to Firefox.
When using Firefox to take out a subscription, refresh the page as you go down the links.
Firefox seems to hold onto the old page and you end up with the wrong subscription offer.
Will talk to web designer to see if we can include an automatic refresh.

4 forum posts | Hi David, I did mention in a previous PM that the same problem occurs with IE8. The issue is one of page design. When you reach the 'Are your details correct?' page, only one option is presented - 'Change Details'. [Why not give one the option of replying 'Ýes' and moving on?] If you then submit an unchanged page(your only option again) you find yourself back at 'Are your details correct?' with no option but 'Change details' again. Refreshing the page each time has absolutely no effect. It is an endless loop. Geoff |

4 forum posts | Chris, I can't thank you enough for the link. Worked a treat. All the pages were exactly as before except there was a second option- 'Renew'- on the 'Are your details correct?' page. Thanks again. David, I still don't think this is browser related. Geoff |

I went through the sequence with someone yesterday to renew a gift subscription, spent an hour on the phone.
He did exactly as I did but got different pages.
I used internet explorer, he used Firefox.
Firefox pulls from cache rather than refresh for speed.

![]() 3357 forum posts 112 photos 10 articles | Hi Geoff
I don't set up the subscription pafges and also I can't follow the sequence through unless I enter credit card details.
I know the system is faulty.
For instance if I try to take out an Australian subscription I keep getting error message offer is not valid.
Things like this should not be happening. Nobody appears to be checking the system through.
regards david
