Having trouble raising a response from TEE regarding an order that has not arrived yet. (ordered in March)

have been emailing [email protected] however no response from multiple emails.

Anyone had recent contact or can suggest what can be done.

Last time I had service like this was from Blackgates and when I put a hold on the payment they blacklisted me. Have had other orders from TEE arrive fine but not this time.

If it was me I would be using the phone and talking to a real person. emails can be a bit hit & miss, you might be ending up in their spam folder.

There was a thread on here a while back about the death of Tee Publishing's driving force Chris Deith. I think his family were taking over the business, so there may be some disruption. Perhaps try phoning them. Email inboxes tend to get full and ignored.
