1394 forum posts 103 photos | You might struggle if the seal is a bespoke part - it appears that O'Brian Manufacturing (which seems to have been the last iteration of O'Brian Engineering who made the Fobco drills) was dissolved in April 2021. Could you post details / pictures of the seal, which may aid identification ? Nigel B. |

2308 forum posts 33 photos | IF it is a standard seal it will be known by its OD X ID X Width. Often now even imperial sizes will be expressed in metric. There are several types of material, nitrile, Viton Etc Viton has the benefit of higher temperature and a stainless spring, R23 is a double lip seal, which in this application may be a denefit to. Most good bearing suppliers should be able to help you. Good luck Noel. |

![]() 7881 forum posts 397 photos | Seals, like bearings, are usually a standard size made by industry suppliers. Would be rare for a machine manufacturer to make their own special. Measure it up and talk to a bearing supply house. |

1 forum posts | Hi Michael, did you manage to locate any seals? I have a 7/8 that is dripping from the quill/spindle and I'm assuming there must be an oil seal in there that's had it. Any advice will be appreciated. |
