Hi Robert,

Welcome to the forum. You can do a search on this site.

Have you found these on the Internet?

Hi Thor.

Thanks for them. I found the one with pics of bearing change but not belt drive.

The other seems to be for the x1 mill.

I am really looking for some drawings so I can fab them myself.

My mill is in complete bits at the moment but I can mill at work using our bridgeport.

Got new bearings ready to install already.

I am a maintenance engineer by trade.

Lucky enough we have the bridgeport here

Hi Rob,

If you are going to fabricate the parts yourself, you can measure on your own machine. Neil did replace the ball bearings with AC bearings in addition to installing the belt drive. There is another description here (and others here and here), I don't know how well that helps you.

The Mini-Mills group on groups.io should have all of the belt drive conversion files from when it was on Yahoo groups.

Just in the process of adding extra electronics and cabling

Removed 16mm conduit changed to 20mm conduit to give me 12v and 24v in the switch unit.
