![]() 23121 forum posts 1360 photos | I spotted this clever little ‘finder’ on ebay, and wonder if anyone has tried one. It’s 200mm diameter, and 2mm thick … targeted mainly at wood-turners, but looks like it might be more generally useful. It is not obvious from the listing whether the markings are engraved or just printed, so some advice from a user would be appreciated. MichaelG. |

![]() 1009 forum posts 305 photos | I have one similar to this and mine is engraved mainly used for preparing wood blanks when rough cutting from the tree and also to help centralize the blank on a chuck or faceplate especially the latter when it does not have the rings already on it. The drilled holes are quite large to allow for a pencil to be inserted in them |
