1227 forum posts 101 photos | How big is the reel? One of the small ones from Halfords probably isn't worth the hassle. If it's a big one unwind the first few coils and see if the rest is rusty.

What class of work are you engaged in. If you're blacksmithing then it may be OK, if you are doing something structural then it's not going to fly |

48 forum posts 2 photos | I just knock the slag off with pliers now and then as I'm working. If you have the option go with gas instead of gasless it's much nicer. |
