Shipping to the EU - update

 1860 forum posts 121 photos | Pleased to report that a boiler which we shipped to Belguim last November arrived safely at its destination yesterday. Thats after writing it off as lost and sending the customer a free replacement item. I am still being hounded for Import Duty on my own item which was not delivered but was sent back to me. So much BS and stress! |

It's pretty obvious that the little guys are getting all the hassle Try to outsource the pain to the big guys Costs go up, obviously You may be getting extra hassle because x-rays will simply bounce off your product as it goes through a scanner |
