Subscription Renewal Issue

Gents,

Anybody having problems renewing their subscriptions?

I renewed my magazine subs to MEW a couple of weeks ago online but my expiration date hasn't changed from this December, and my money has been refunded to my account.

I've tried phoning but can't gat a reply.

Neil I am sure Paul will be grateful of you stepping in. However if my experience from just before the first lockdown is anything to go by the problem will lie fairly and squarely with that outfit that is contracted to deal with My Time Media subscriptions, "secure.order" and their ahadow companies, whoever that is. Fortunately my ME subscription paid quarterly by DD has remained OK. But I thought to broaden my interest I would take Model Boat on the offer. It was a total disaster. I have all the contradictory rude e-mails they took all the money then 4 days later ceased publication and refused to refund.  They were almost impossible to contact and the website just didn't work. We were in the end with that incompetent outfit at the point of calling the Met "Action-Fraud". I had thought of taking MEW on subscription but I am not putting up with that again. If we can be guaranteed its sorted I will reconsider.
