66 forum posts 13 photos | I am looking to run my Stuart 10V and a couple of other Stuart models from an air compressor. Initially it will be just the Stuart 10V. Festo do 3mm 4mm and 6mm fittings - what is the accepted norm for fitting size? Many thanks for any advice offered. |

Worth getting a flow valve then you can set the compressors regulator to 5-10ps and control the engines speed with the valve. Valve could be screwed into the engines halve chest but you may want to think of a manifold with a quick relese PCL type inlet and threaded for several valves, I have one with 2x 4mm, 2x 6mm and 1 x 8mm. |

66 forum posts 13 photos | Will a standard festo regulator suffice as it seems to go from 0 - 12 bar or greater and all I need is 1-2 bar max. |

You can get inline ones too. Watch this video I posted yesterday, after 60 seconds all speed is being controlled by one of those valves, towards the end you can see that I have set the compressor regulator to approx 10psi so the valve and the engine only sees that.
