7227 forum posts 21 photos | At the risk of bringing all sorts of flak down on my head, whilst CNC will do things that normal handle twirling won't, unless going in for volume production, why CNC? Hobby Model Engineers usually only produce a few of an item, unless making nuts / bolts. (I think that the most that I have made was 8 off ), The trap is that you spend an hour programming so that the machine cuts metal for five minutes! Reaches for suit of armour and tine hat! Howard |
