Hello,

My name is Nick. I am a 55 year old budding watch and clock maker. I have some machining experience and am very much looking forward to learning, sharing and communicating with fellow machine addicts.

I am a particular fan of Swiss made machine tools.

Hello Nick and welcome. I'm afraid that I cannot be of assistance with clock and watch making although I am interested, having once made an English regulator from the Wilding plans.

There should be some more knowledgeable people along soon but in the meantime, if you have any particular questions then just ask on here.

If you made Wilding's Regulator, you probably have a great deal to teach me. Thanks for the note.

Welcome!

You will always find help and advice,(not to mention some banter) on here. We all learn something, help and are helped, here.

Howard
