Double Super Hydra

3453 forum posts 23 photos	I was rooting through my box of HSS today and came across an unused piece of steel very clearly marked “Double Super Hydra”. They certainly had a way with words in years gone past didn’t they! But I wonder what it means? Anyone know what grade of steel this might be?

Andrew. + 1 for that, I have a couple of old tools. Equally good in my opinion is Triumph Double Thousand, by Jessops I think, down to my last piece. Trevor
