Am I missing something?

What is going on with the twin packs of magazines? One month I bought MEW, finding ME is in the same wrapper, then I buy ME , and lo and behold the MEW I bought a short time ago has been included! This has happened a few times. Am I missing some trick or something? It might just be me. Also I guess MEW is focussing more on the workshop obviously, but why can't it be included in ME, especially as they are being bundled in the same cellophane cover. Please enlighten me? Cheers.
