![]() 910 forum posts 197 photos | Volvo 144 Aluminum bumper finish my friend has bought a nice Volvo 144 he is restoring to concourse condition.. I used to repair accident bodywork on Volvo's when they were new and just replaced damaged parts.. The parts that he would like to bring back to as new is the plating or anodizing on the aluminum bumpers.as they are well scratched etc. Has anyone any suggestions on how to bring them back to original finish. My friend is a perfectionist so finish would have to be same as original. |
