![]() 7468 forum posts 230 photos | I'v been switching my larger size Taiwanese ( 1.5hp single phase) lathe for the last 25 years with no troubles, if Boxford thought it was going to be a problem would they not have fitted one from the start? After all that, an electric clutch from a car AC unit fitted to the jack shaft of the lathe would be quite adequate, there was something about this in ME some years back. Ian S C |
