![]() 557 forum posts 38 photos | ME 4548 Middleton V4 Reversing block p783 Fig 2 On the front elevation there are two holes M8 x 12 on the plan view they are marked as 8BA. There is also a hole in the centre of the block marked Drill M3. Is that tapped M3 or drill 3.0 Dia.
Endplate p782 Fig 1 Three holes within the dotted outline of the reversing block are shown as 2 tapped 4BA and 1 tapped M8. Surely these need to be clearance holes.

The original drawings used are Middleton’s own to which Rodney has made some minor additions.

This is what the part should be like Also in part two teh smaller cylinders are shown as being tapped M6, these should have been shown as 5BA the same as the larger cylionders.
